About PGIC
Our Mission is to advance philanthropy in East Central Illinois by:
- providing educational resources about planned giving
- promoting public awareness of gift planning
- sharing our expertise in gift planning with all our partners
- adhering to standards of ethical practice
The Consortium, formed in May, 2000, is made up of attorneys, accountants, financial planners, life insurance representatives, trust officers, and individuals responsible for gift planning programs of charitable organizations or foundations. Its sole purpose is to enhance philanthropy through planned giving education.
The Consortium is partially underwritten by the following organizations:

The Consortium is structured as a 501(C)6 professional association.
